- Does the person have to participate?
- No. The book can be created as a surprise.
- Do contributors have to write anything?
- No. They can speak or type. We guide the conversation one question at a time.
- How many people can contribute?
- Each book includes up to 10 contributors. Need to include more than 10 people? You can add more contributors to your book. Planning a book with more than 20 contributors? Contact us.
- Can everyone speak a different language?
- Yes. Each contributor can choose the language that feels most natural.
- Will every story and photo be included?
- Not necessarily. Every book is thoughtfully edited and curated. We select the stories, moments and photographs that create the strongest portrait of your person.
- How long does it take to receive my book?
- Once everyone you want to include has completed their interview, your book design will be ready for approval within 24 hours. After you approve it, printing typically takes around 5 business days. Delivery time depends on destination. Estimated delivery timing will be shown or confirmed based on your destination.
